How is my Motorcycle transported?
With our 5 Star service your motorcycle will be transported in our specially designed enclosed trailers. Our trailers are specially designed for hauling motorcycles, ATV’S and snowmobiles. Our trailers come equipped with e-tracking, custom heavy duty wheel chocks and heavy duty soft straps.

Will my Motorcycle be ridden?
Once your motorcycle is securely placed in our trailer, the next time your motorcycle will be moved or ridden is when we deliver your motorcycle to you.

Is my Motorcycle insured during transit?
Yes your motorcycle is fully insured for any damages while in our possession.

Do I have to deliver/pick up my Motorcycle at a terminal?
No you do not have to deliver your motorcycle.
With our 5 Star Door to Door service you do not need to bring your motorcycle to us. We come to you to pickup and deliver your motorcycle.

Do you have a designated pick up and delivery place when you are at a motorcycle rally?
We do not use designated pickup and drop off points at bike rallies. We pick up and deliver your motorcycle directly to you at your desired location.

Is there any extra charge for your Door to Door pickup and delivery service?
No there is no extra charge for our 5 Star Door to Door service.

Can my Motorcycle be shipped by open carrier?
Not with Dream Ride motorcycle transport. We only use specially equipped enclosed trailers to offer the highest level of safety and security possible for your motorcycle.

How far in advance do I have to schedule the transport of my vehicle?
You should schedule your move as soon as possible to ensure the timing meets your needs. Two to three weeks in advance is ideal however we can work with shorter lead times.

My vehicle is very low and has special modifications. Can you ship this kind of Vehicle?
Yes we can ship very low vehicles. Our specially equipped enclosed trailers have special rear ramp extensions that eliminate any steep angle that could damage spoilers or custom features on your vehicle.

Can I include personal items in my Motorcycle?
Yes, we allow approximately 100 Lbs of personal belongings in each vehicle. We would ask that you put all items in the trunk space. You will have to provide us with a list of those items for customs purposes. Please note that we fully insure your vehicle while it is in our care however, personal items included in the vehicle are placed there at the owners risk - they are not covered by our insurance as we have no way of checking what has been shipped in the vehicle.
We do not recommend packing breakable or valuable items.

Do I have to be present when you pick up and/or deliver my Motorcycle?
Yes, we require either you or a previously designated agent to sign the vehicle into our care and accept delivery at its destination.

Is there anything I should do to prepare my Motorcycle for transport?
Please ensure that all items on the motorcycle are firmly secured. When our driver arrives at the pick up point, he will ask you to be present during a detailed inspection of your vehicle. In order to assess the condition of your motorcycle we ask that you keep your motorcycle as clean as possible. If we are unable to complete our survey due to dirt/snow/ice on the vehicle, you will be asked to sign a vehicle waiver releasing us from any responsibility for the condition at delivery.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Master Card and Cash. Full payment for all transport charges, customs broker and/or bond fees must be received prior to the pickup of your vehicle. We can not accept personal or company cheques. Please contact our office for Visa and Master Card payments.
