Wow!
I have used many companies over the years to transport my many bikes.
But dream ride transport plays on a much higher level. I have never experienced this level of commitment and professionalism from anyone else. I am surprised that they don’t charge a lot more for their service.

After having dream ride, haul my bike to Sturgis and back for the bike rally.
All I remember is arriving at my hotel and jumping on my bike to ride. My bike was just there!

The transition was completely seamless. I can’t imagine a better vacation or counting on any other transport company to make it happen.

The Guy’s at Dream Ride Transport were very helpful and professional.
I even learned a few things from them. The driver I had is a motorcycle mechanic.
He told me things about shipping, that I would have never guessed, like not to put too much pressure on the shocks when strapping down a bike, leave bike in neutral during transport for less wear and tear, etc…

I am very glad that I have found the right company to haul my bike.

I hired dream ride transport to deliver my bike to and from Sturgis bike rally.
When they said that they offer a door to door service, I did not know to what degree they meant it.

Second last day of the rally, my bike broke down 2 hours from my hotel. Now this is the part that blew me away. After contacting dream ride to let them know that the pickup point will have to change due to the breakdown. They had their driver pick me up from the side of the road and brought my bike and me to the nearby shop to get it repaired. After spending about 3 hours in the shop I was riding my bike again. Not only was I rescued from the side of the road and was able to enjoy another day of riding, but dream ride did not charge me a penny for the extra service. They said it’s all part of their 5 star service.

At first I thought they were a little pricey, but now I would pay twice as much to have their service.

Every transport company I have dealt with in the past has had some kind of surcharge weather it was fuel, pick up, deliver, or just plain administration fee. It is frustrating being quoted one price and then finding out it’s actually more. NOT with dream ride, what you see is what you get.

Once you are quoted a price that’s the price you pay. Not only are the guy’s at dream ride honest and professional, they offer the best service by a long shot.
